Return and Refund Policy

*Shipping is always free with orders of $3,700. or above.

*At the time of pickup or delivery, all boxes should be inspected for damage.  The only allowable returns require the following;  In the event of handling or shipping damages, the delivery driver or materials loader should be notified immediately.  They will provide a damage claim form to be completed by the truck or fork lift driver before leaving the job site or warehouse.  Digital pictures must be taken at this time and no later of any damaged boxes as proof.  Replacements will be sent as soon as possible.

*If a claim against the lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty is made, there is a claims process in place which requires an certified independent inspector evaluation at the installation site at no cost to the owner.  If deemed a valid claim per the independent inspection report, a credit or refund is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer based on the report.  Due to the weight, shipping and handling costs, these are the only refunds allowable.  Proper installation and subfloor preparation are extremely important to your project success.  Please read all installation requirements prior to purchasing any products to ensure the site can be prepared within warranty guidelines.
